Manual Lymphatic Drainage - MLD

MLD is a form of gentle massage and skin stretching which encourages the movement of lymph fluid through the body. Benefits include removing waste and toxins from tissue, reduces swelling, relieves sinus pressure, and encourages relief from seasonal allergies. MLD also stimulates the immune system, decreases bloating and helps alleviate symptoms caused by inflammation. MLD has been found to speed up the healing process and reduce swelling post surgery and acute injuries. 'Body' or 'Head, neck, and face' options are available

Post-Operative MLD

Service for individuals recovering from a mastectomy or lumpectomy, to help manage lymphedema, a common complication characterized by swelling in the arm, chest, or other areas due to disrupted lymphatic flow. Light pressure is used to stimulate the skin and lymphatic vessels, moving fluid toward unaffected lymph nodes.

Therapeutic Massage and Stretching & Flexibility

Therapeutic Massage - Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes to ease tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. This classic massage is perfect for providing rest and tranquility. Deep Tissue massage is more appropriate if you need to relieve chronic muscle tension and improve mobility. As a skilled therapist, I use a variety of techniques to target problem areas and help you achieve optimal wellness.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping offers a unique response from muscular tissue. It's ability to increase blood circulation offers ease to knotty areas that seem problem-some to most clients. Multiple techniques of cupping are utilized, including Blanket Cupping. Blanket Cupping involves cups being placed all over the affected area, and left on for 15-20 minutes. This global approach tackles multiple muscles at once, providing relief unlike any other. It is an absolute must add-on to therapeutic massage.
